AYMI offers a 2 day return policy for jewellery that are damaged, defective, or missing. A complete continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package, unboxing process and the issue with jewellery is required for all return claims.
Refunds are generally not available. Eligible returns will be replaced after the unboxing video has been reviewed and the issue is confirmed.
