All prices displayed on AYMI.in are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization. If a payment is declined or cannot be verified, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

AYMI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Product becoming unavailable

  • Payment verification failure

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Any unforeseen technical or operational issue

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be refunded or credited, as applicable.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

AYMI is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers after the order has been dispatched.

8. Replacements & Quality Claims

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

Any concern regarding damaged products, missing items, incorrect deliveries, manufacturing defects, or sizing issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

For verification purposes, customers must provide:

  • Order details

  • Clear photographs

  • A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the sealed package until the product is fully removed

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.

Eligible requests will be reviewed by our quality team, and where applicable, the product may be repaired or replaced. AYMI does not provide monetary refunds for approved quality claims.

9. Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided on an "as available" basis.

While we make every effort to ensure accurate information, AYMI does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability
